- For Deployed & Contract Talent: To manage the pre-vetting process, showcase your technical profile to subscribed Clients within the Benchil Talent Pool, execute payroll, and manage statutory tax compliance if you are deployed.
- For Subscribed Clients: To grant platform login access, process monthly recurring subscription fees, handle hourly contract staffing billing, and recommend vetted talent profiles.
- Platform Operations: To secure our digital network, prevent unauthorized database access, and improve the user experience of the Benchil interface.
3. Data Sharing and Zero Monetisation Policy
- No Sale of Candidate Data: We maintain a strict ethical data policy. We do not sell, rent, or lease candidate or talent profile data to third-party marketing firms.
- Subscribed Client Access: Candidate resumes, vetting outcomes, and professional data are shared strictly with verified, paying corporate clients who have signed our Terms & Conditions.
- Third-Party Vendors: We share data only with trusted operational service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, background check agencies, payroll administrators, payment gateways) who are legally bound to protect your data.
